The person in charge of personal information protection at Solutions SafeHive inc. is the company's president.

We answer within 30 days.

What we collect

To generate a visual: the description you write, the style option you pick, and your IP address (only to limit abuse).

To process an order: your email, name, shipping address and, if you provide it, your phone number.

We collect no credit card data. There are no accounts, no passwords and no advertising profiles.

Why we collect it

The description and style are used to generate the image and print it. The IP address is used solely to enforce free generation quotas and block abuse.

Contact details are used to make, ship and track your order, and to answer you if something goes wrong.

We never sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Generated visuals and submitted descriptions are kept for at most 90 days, then deleted.

Counters tied to your IP address expire automatically within 24 hours at most.

Information attached to a paid order is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Who we share it with

Stripe, for payment. Stripe receives your email and shipping address, and alone handles card data.

Printify and its print partner, to make and ship the item. They receive the visual and your shipping address.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, generates the images and stores temporary files.

Google, only if image generation falls back to its service; the description is then transmitted.

No other recipient. No data brokers.

Transfers outside Quebec

These providers process and store information outside Quebec, mainly in the United States. That information may be subject to local laws there, including access requests from authorities.

We have assessed that the information involved (email, shipping address, description of a visual) remains proportionate to the service provided, and we limit ourselves to providers offering contractual protection commitments.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no audience analytics.

Only strictly necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare (anti-bot verification) and Stripe (payment security and fraud prevention). They are not used to profile you.

Automated decisions

The image is produced by an AI model from your description. No automated decision is made about you: nothing is scored, rated or refused based on your personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. You may also ask to receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Privacy incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and keep the register required by law.
