What you are buying

You describe a visual, an AI generates it, and that visual is printed on the item you pick: stickers sold in packs, a t-shirt, a mug, a poster or a tote bag. Every item is made to order, specifically for you. Nothing is held in stock.

The final result may differ slightly from the on-screen preview: colours vary between screens and between fabrics.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shown before payment, shipping included. The exact total is displayed on the payment page before you confirm.

Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at payment time.

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is a flat fee shown before payment.

Indicative timeline: 2 to 5 business days of production, plus carrier time. This is not guaranteed: production and transport are handled by partners.

If your order has not shipped within 30 days of payment, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Because every item is personalized and made to order, it cannot be resold. Returns for a simple change of mind are therefore not accepted.

We replace or refund an item in case of a print defect, an error on our part, or a product damaged on arrival. Write to us within 14 days of delivery at bonjour@safehive.ca, with a photo of the problem and your order number.

As long as the order has not gone into production, you may cancel it at no cost by writing to us.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. No card data passes through our servers and none is stored there.

The order is sent to production only once payment is confirmed.

What you submit

You are responsible for what you write in the description field. Do not submit content protected by copyright or trademark that you do not own, nor hateful, violent or illegal content.

We may refuse or cancel an order whose visual breaks this rule, and refund you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Quebec's Consumer Protection Act applies to sales to consumers residing in Quebec.
